About Ordering:
Ordering products from FISH is easy! You can call us toll-free on 1-800-Evolving
and place your order over the phone, or you can use our simple online ordering
system.
To place your order online, find the product, then click the "Order" link.
This will place the product in your shopping cart. You can change the number
of items if you want, and then go back to browsing the site. If the product
comes in various sizes or colors (T-shirts, etc.), remember to specify the
size and / or color you want. When you are done adding to the shopping cart,
choose "Finalize" on the shopping basket page. Lastly, fill in all the ordering
information (follow the instructions on the pages), and as soon as we get
your order, we'll start processing it.
About
Paying:
You can pay using your Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, PayPal,
or you can send us a check or money order. If you choose to send a check
or money order, please select "Hold order - I'll send a check" when finalizing
your order. If you are a non-USA customer and want to pay with a check,
please send us an International Money Order in US Dollars.
To protect our online customers, we use secure transactions (which are
fully encrypted) for the finalizing stage of your order. If you don't
trust this method, you can select the "Hold order - I'll send a check"
option when you're finalizing the order, then call us at 1~800~386~5846
or 719~570~9887 and give us your card information over the phone.
About Shipping:
We apply a "handling charge" of $3.50 to each order. This fee
also covers postage charges for small, light orders. Most orders of 1
to 4 emblems, stickers or buttons, delivered within the USA, will only
require this fee. But if you include a book, T-shirt, mug or another,
heavier item, we need to add an additional shipping cost for that order.
For example, T-shirts sizes Small & Medium add $1.98 each to your
order's shipping charges. Sizes Large and Extra-Large add $2.32 each,
Double Extra-Large and above add $2.49. If you specify faster shipping,
or international shipping, these per-item fees will be higher. Full details
and ability to change options, are available on the check-out page.
Shipping within the U.S.A.
We normally ship packages via USPS First Class, Priority or Media Mail.
Small orders that fit into an envelope will be sent this way, which is
cheaper for you, our customer. Books, CDs, Audio Tapes, posters and pamphlets
are normally sent via "Media Mail". It's much cheaper, but the package(s)
will take around 10 working days to arrive. If you specify it when
ordering, we can send your package via Priority Mail, which will speed
things up, but also cost slightly more. We can ship via Express Mail for
delivery the next day, but you MUST call us at 1~800~386~5846 and talk
with a real live person to arrange this service. Various other shipping
options are listed on our checkout page. Different services cost different
amounts.
Another thing you can specify is an alternate shipping address. We do
need your billing address, but if your purchase is a gift, we're happy
to send it directly to this alternate shipping address. We'll even write
a card if you tell us to in the shipping instructions field when you finalize
your order. If you don't specify an alternate address, the package will
be sent directly to your billing address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Customers need to understand that an additional
shipping charge MIGHT be charged to them once the order is shipped. This
additional charge covers overseas postage costs, which may be fairly expensive
depending on weight and location. At the time you place the order, we
do our best to assess the true cost, and add that amount to your bill.
If we are wrong, we will either issue a credit, or place an additional
charge. As we get better at guessing international costs, these extra
charges are getting rarer (as of May 2007 we are only doing secondary
charges on about 1 International order out of 50).
Our bank has a tough time with personal checks from outside the USA
(sorry, American jingoism is in control here!) so we must
ask that you send all MONEY ORDERS in US dollars.

About returning products
We can only exchange or refund products returned to us in their original
condition. Our 'Made-to-Order' t-shirts, any sweaty, faded,
worn t-shirts or damaged items cannot be refunded. We are a small cottage
industry operating on very tight margins and cannot re-sell any used or
damaged products as new.
