Just tell us what slogan and color choices you want on the frame in the 'ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS' box when checking out your order. The $19.95 price is for basic text messages with two-colors or a stock background only. Detailed custom artwork is available, but may cost more due to the time spent creating the image. The top and bottom 'message' part of the frame is only 1-1/8" tall by 6-1/2" long, so lengthy slogans are not practical. Keep it short and simple! We may contact you to clarify the message and design/color choices. You may also provide your own artwork, but please contact us first for image quality and file requirements.
Please also let us know where your license plate tags are (top or bottom corners of the plate). We can't cover these up, as by law, they have to be visible!
More FINE PRINT... the Custom License Plate Frames are custom made 'just for you' and are not returnable unless flawed. We sometimes use creative license to dress up the colors or design and we almost always 'sign' the design with a tiny "EvolveFISH.com" or a "TheLiberalStore.com"
