Setting up your order:

Ordering products from EvolveFISH is easy! Simply use the dark blue navigation menu near the top of the page to browse our great selection of meaningful, funny and cause promoting products! Want to take a closer look at a product? Click the associated image for an even more detailed view and more info.

If you see something that you like, simply press the blue "Add To Cart" button to have that product added to your shopping cart. Please note that clicking the "Add To Cart" button will send you to your shopping cart, where you can change the quantity of the items you want to order, remove them individually from your cart, or move forward to check out and pay. Additionally, if you would like to return to browsing, simply hit the "Continue Shopping" button located on the left of the screen and you will be returned to your previous page.

You can also access your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart link at the top right of the screen, indicated by a small shopping basket icon.


Paying for your order:

Once you have selected the items that you would like to purchase, make your way to your shopping cart using the shopping cart link at the top right of the screen. Be sure to review your cart for any errors that may have been made during the shopping process, such as incorrect quantities, selection errors, etc. If you are satisfied with your order, press the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have hit "Checkout" you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. Please review what you input carefully to ensure the smoothest delivery of your products!

EvolveFISH accepts all four major credit card providers: VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. If you would like to pay using a check or money order, please select the payment option "Hold Order- I'll send a check" then send it to:

Once your check clears, we will pull your order and send it off to you ASAP! Please note that unfortunately we are unable to process checks from international banks.


Shipping & Handling:

We get our shipping information directly from the US Postal service, so all of our shipping costs match that. In addition, we add a $0.50 (fifty cent) handling charge which is applied to your order total. Please note that we are unable to do split shipping. If you would like to have your order split and sent two two different addresses, we suggest that you set up two separate orders to ensure that everything goes to it's intended destination.

Shipping Types and Estimated Delivery Times: Additional charges apply for quicker shipping options.

First Class (Standard) : 5-10 Business Days

Priority : 3-5 Business Days

Express : 1-3 Business Days

International : 7-14 Business Days - May be up to 4 weeks longer if package is held up in customs.


Returns, Refunds:

If you notice that there is an error with your order soon after you have placed and paid for it, we ask that you please call us at 1-800-386-5846 with your order number ASAP and tell us how we can correct it. The sooner you contact us the better as we attempt to process orders as soon as they arrive at our office. You can also send us an email at  order105@EvolveFISH.com .

If you receive your order from us and find that there is an issue, please contact us either via E-mail or phone so that we may instruct you on the best way to have the issue corrected.

We are dedicated to customer service and if you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are happy to return, refund or exchange any unused/unworn merchandise that didn't work for you. Additionally, we will pay for return shipping for any item that we may have made a mistake in shipping to you, as well as send the correct item.
